Cancellation policy
Life happens — we get it. Here is exactly how cancellations and reschedules work, so there are never any surprises.
Training sessions, walks & daytime visits
Cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment and you owe nothing.
Cancellations made inside 48 hours and no-shows are charged in full. The time is set aside just for your dog, and late cancellations leave a gap we can rarely refill.
Overnight dog sitting
Once your stay is confirmed, your deposit is non-refundable. The deposit holds your dates, which means we turn away other bookings for them.
Dates are only held once the stay is confirmed and the invoice is paid.
Rescheduling
Need a different time instead? Reschedule free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Requests inside 24 hours count as a cancellation under the terms above.

Call or text (240) 812-8291, or email info@vailesk9academy.net. Your cancellation is effective from the time you contact us — voicemail and email both count.
