Vaccination records

All vaccine records must be up to date before your dog can join us. Please email proof of vaccines to vaccines@vailesk9academy.net. Your booking is only confirmed once we have received them.

My dog's vaccines are up to date and I will email proof to vaccines@vailesk9academy.net.

Cancellation policy

Cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations inside 48 hours and no-shows are charged in full. Reschedule free with at least 24 hours' notice — inside 24 hours it counts as a cancellation. For overnight sitting, deposits are non-refundable once the stay is confirmed.
