All vaccine records must be up to date before your dog can join us. Please email proof of vaccines to vaccines@vailesk9academy.net. Your booking is only confirmed once we have received them.

Cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations inside 48 hours and no-shows are charged in full. Reschedule free with at least 24 hours' notice — inside 24 hours it counts as a cancellation. For overnight sitting, deposits are non-refundable once the stay is confirmed. I confirm the information above is accurate, including my dog's health, behaviour history and medication. I agree to report any new change in my dog's health — illness, injury, new medication, vaccinations or anything contagious — to Vailes K-9 Academy immediately, both before and during the stay. I authorise Vailes K-9 Academy to care for my dog and, in an emergency, to seek veterinary treatment at my expense. I release Vailes K-9 Academy from liability for injury or illness that is not caused by negligence. I understand my deposit is non-refundable once the stay is confirmed, and that dates are only held once the stay is confirmed and the invoice is paid.
