All vaccine records must be up to date before your dog can join us. Please email proof of vaccines to vaccines@vailesk9academy.net. Your booking is only confirmed once we have received them.

I confirm the information above is accurate, including my dog's health, behaviour history and medication. I agree to report any new change in my dog's health — illness, injury, new medication, vaccinations or anything contagious — to Vailes K-9 Academy immediately, both before and during the stay. I authorise Vailes K-9 Academy to care for my dog and, in an emergency, to seek veterinary treatment at my expense. I release Vailes K-9 Academy from liability for injury or illness that is not caused by negligence. I understand cancellations made less than 48 hours before the stay begins are charged at one night's rate, and that dates are only held once the stay is confirmed and the invoice is paid.
